Purchasing error message

Dear all,

I am getting the following screen shot while trying to do the action "Check funds" from tools tab

when I click on details I am getting the next screen error

The exception message is "Procedure PSA_BC_XLA_PUB.Budgetary_Control returns an error without any details to the calling procedure PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING.execute_gl_call. Please contact your support representative."

please help me out with this issue
