BPEL....

I doubt this is the correct community, but I can not locate anything close to BPEL related. Please forward to correct community if necessary.

Problem I am experiencing is each time I recompile a package, and then try to "drop" an xml message into the BPEL (test) server's folder, the xml drop fails. The only message I can locate is "unable to locate program"....

The program does exists, and if I give this a couple hours, it does clear up and processes the request.

Is there a cache or something in BPEL that locks onto a package that needs to be reset when the package is recompiled? Maybe Java related?
