Back-to-back orders

Hi

We are on 11.5.10.2

Our need is to create internal orders using the Back-to-back process. Example: Org A receives a customer order which initiates a replenishment order (internal sales) directy to Org B.

Can you explain the correct setup to achieve this? I set the items up as ATO in Org A, and the sales order moved to awaiting supply, but the internal requisition is not created.
