We are running Solaris 10 with Veritas volume manager.  Upon install of 144147-04 and subsequent reboot the server does not boot and gives a vxio error.  Anyone running VxVM and been successful in patching their server? We are seeing the following error.

panic[cpu3]/thread=30004259180: BAD TRAP: type=31 rp=2a100d65430 addr=0 mmu_fsr=
