Corrupted zipped files

Using Product Collaboration ver. 9.3.1. Experience that zip files, especially large files (100-400 MB) are not uploaded correctly as attachments using webclient. After uploading to Agile, the file size is smaller than the original zipped file, and when downloading and open it, I get the error "Invalid Compressed Data - unable to inflate" in WinZip during extraction.

Java client System Settings  - Viewers & Files - Upload File Size Limit (in MB) =  500

Anyone experienced something similar, and hopefully have a solution how this can be fixed?
