Best option to choose to migrate 6.5TB DB

Hello All,What could be the best suggested way to Migrate and upgrade Oracle eBusiness Suite(11.5.9) Databases version (9.2.0.6.0) of ~8TB. From Solaris5.9 to Red Hat 5.x and from version 9.2.0.6.0 to 11gr2 on the new environment.
