SQL Custom reporting from OEM repository

I have a need to generate various data points from OEM repository. Is there a document with Metadata for OEM tables/views? 

Looking to generate summary data for 5 db targets on a monthly basis.

Alerts history ( count how many alerts where registered )
Warning history ( count )
availability % for each target
DB CPU %

I think once I know which tables/views have the data and in what format, I would be able to mine for more results. 

Any suggestions ?
