Form Personalization to create a new LOV -Inventory- ON-Hand Qty Form- Field Item -> Gurus/Expert/Pr

 In Inventory On-Hand query Form->Field Item->  has LOV -> Enable_List_Lamp, I created Form Personalization to create a new LOV based on  new View

select inventory_item C0, item_description "Description" from oe_items_v ( Print screen has some different columns but i tried this also and same issue)

 this view can serach on hand based on UPC Value also but current form doesn't allow  Now I need

to build sql based on the above view, Can anyone tell sql so that I can use ?
