Archive/Purge for Contracts

We are on 11.5.10 11g database and we need to know if there is a process to archive and purge contract data.  Our production instance is growing more rapidly since we know have more sites using contracts.  The OKCD tablespace is growing very quickly.  The increase of table sizes are contributing to poor performance.  I have not found much on this topic and what I did find was very old notes that said it can't be done.  So since the notes were fairly old, I want to know if there is any update on an archive/purge process for Contracts.
