Oracle R12.0.9 OAB Open Enrollment - Participation Process: Scheduled failed

We are in the process of "Mock" Open Enrollment in our TEST instance.

We started doing the setups in the TEST instance about a week ago. Last Friday (10/28/11), our DBA applied the Payroll End of Year Phase 1 patch (including the mandatory RUP9 patch) in this instance.

We ran the "Participation Process: Scheduled" today for a group of people. It failed.  The log file has the following error messages:  I searched on myoraclesupport and found a few notes. But none of them resolved our errors.  Can anyone help, please?
