Material Request WO A and Issue to WO B

Hi Can I ask very basic thing regarding Material Requirement in cMRO ?

Let consider,,, In same visit, there are 2 WOs ( WO A & WO B ). WO.A has Material Requirement ( i.e. Fan Disk and it is cMRO Tracked Part ) and WO B don’t has Material Requirement.

Based on WO A Material Requirement, Material Planner allocate New Fan Disk to the Visit and it moved to Marshaling Area.

WO B is Task for Fan Rotor Module Assembly. Assembly Technicians to Assembly Work and also do U.C Update ( Install Fan Disk to C.U. Position ). From Material Transaction U/I New Fan Disk can’t issue to WO.B ( Because there are no material request ) but from Part Change U/I WO B can pick New Fan Disk ( Issue New Fan Disk to WO B ) and it can be installed to U.C.
