Unable to complete Projects Implementation setup

 Hi Folks,

I have done following Setups.

1. Defined Business group, assign to responsibilities,

2. Define LE and  Ledger assign to ledger

3. Define OU and attach to Ledger and LE, profile options also setup

4. replicate seed date run

5. Define Inventory Org

6.Now under business group , i have attached following classifications. a)Project Expenditure/Event organization, b)Project invoice Collection Organization,c)Project Task owning org.

Now assign this BG(Project Owning Organization) under Organization hierarchy, 

while trying to setup Implementation options organization hierarchy Start organization field is displaying null, please let me know which setup i have missed here.
