Customer Wise Item Reference

Hi ,

CUSTOMER       ITEMS
    A                     FG_A_1 , FG_A_2 , FG_A_3
 
   B                       FG_B_1 , FG_B_2 , FG_B_3

Do we have any Setup , by which we can restrict creating Sales Order for Customer B for the Items of Customer A .

The Same Can be done if we use customer wise Price list But if the Price List is unique for all the customers , how we can archive this ?

Please  Suggest.
