Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Excel output grid lines

we are using apps 11.5.10.2.

we created the RTF template in word 2007. The output is displayed in excel but the view grid lines in disabled.

Users have to enable the view grid lines in excel.
