Payment Validation "Less Than or Equal To

Hi,

I am experiencing an error when creating a payment batch and this is because the Payment Format has setup a Payment Validation

Payment Intruction: Total Amount - Less Than or Equal To

When I went to the Validation page from the Payment Administrator menu I cannot see where are defined the amounts that should control these validations.

Is there any other screen  to maintain that?
