Problem Description: FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the Report Server uat_z

Problem Description: FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the Report Server uat_z
encounter the above mentioned error in our production environment.


In our LIVE environment we have 6 servers.
A) 192.100.151.47 -Linux Redhat -
192.100.151.215-Linux Redhat
C) 192.100.151.150-Linux Redhat
D) 192.100.151.245-Windows2003 Server
E) 192.100.151.246-Windows2003 Server

In all above servers we have installed Oracle Application server 10.1.2.3

ABC servers we run forms/reports and in DE servers we run reports only. So the user will log in to applications hosted in ABC servers and
from that servers when we call run_report_object procedure inside the forms with report servers that are created in DE or any other server it runs the report from
