Failure with Migration wizard under version 11.1.2.1

Dear all,

I've run the migration wizard to copy the database objects from the old environment version 7.1.2 to the new env version 11.1.2.1.  It said 'Failed' but no error messages at all.  I've done the same process with version 11.1.2.0 with 'Successful' status before.  Then, I get the same failure status when I try to migrate the database from a migrated environment (ith version 11.1.2.0 upgraded to 11.1.2.1)

When I check the migrated objects, it seems everything are there.  However, I am not comfortable with the 'Failed' status.

Is there anyone has similar experience or solution to my problem?
