R12 Bank Accounts
They have noticed that there are quite a number of employees that have bank accounts with no start date. This is causing problems because one of the bank related APIs checks the start date and takes action based on it. The null start dates appear to be related to a previous upgrade where the system created the bank accounts.
We're wondering if anyone else has run into this and, if so, what action you took to mitigate the problem. We are considering setting a start date such as 01-JAN-1980 on the accounts that currently have a null start date. Does anyone see any problem if we do so? EG:
