Cannot find project using Project Manager responsibility/Project Delivery/Search Projects menu

Hi,

I am able to see my projects using oracle projects forms responsibilities. However when I do it using the seeded Project Manager responsibility I am not able to search my projects.

Should I enable something to do it?
