How do I use the html log of the Oracle support, and how do I get my CMI number

Oracle,

 

The Oracle Meta link main screen will not display the my SRs when I use the https://support.oracle.com address to log on. There was a time when I used the html version of log on, but I forgot that address. Can you please send me that address so I can try yo log on with it.

 

Also, how can I find out my CMI number.
