Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

How can I compare two different plans (like plan results from a constrained plan against unconstrained plan)?

Note: I do not want simulated plan comparision. These Plans are two different plans.
