Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

we are planning to upgrade 10gR2 RAC NON-ASM File system Database(11.5.10.2 EBS) to 11gR2 RAC NON-ASM(11.5.10.2 EBS),

Can we upgrade the NON-ASM File system form 10g to NON-ASM 11gR2?(IS ASM File system is Mandatory for 11gR2)
