10.2.0.4 on w2k8 : data corruption after import from WE8ISO8859P1 to WE8MSWIN1252

Hi,We imported data from WE8ISO8859P1 database (with data containing euro character) in a  WE8MSWIN1252 database
We're facing a data corruption issue :euro character replaced withe reverse ?

I think that we should have first create a destination database in WE8ISO8859P1, then correct the character set of that database using csalter.
Is there another solution ?
