iProc cxml and requsition attributes how to populate these using cXML - Punchout from Oracle iProcur

is there a way to get values from supplier as to import into requisition like Punchout from Oracle iProcurement Directly to Supplier-Hosted Catalog (XML) does?  Attribute1-Attrubte15 are option fields that the supplied can send over in xml file.

how do i get theses values using cXML.  I had supplier try using extrinsic but they are not getting picked up.  Is there something i am missing?  Does cXML support these attribute1-15 values?
