ORA-00272: error writing archive log

Hello,

We have following Data Guard environment:

Oracle Database: 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production OS Version: Windows 2008Primary Database: ORATST on Host01
Physical Standby Database: ORAPSD on Host02.
Command DGMGRL>SHOW CONFIGURATION returns Data Guard status = ERROR with error ORA-00272: error writing archive log for Primary database (ORATST).We verified that: (a) there is enough space available in flash recovery area. (b) We made couple of transactions on primary database and ran Alter system switch log file command. It creates archive log file on Primary database as well as transmits successfully on Stand by database. But still it returns
