Journal Entry Key Flex Field

Hi:

We're in applications 12.1.2, just testing database 11gR2.  Since the database upgrade, when I try to enter a journal in GL a weird thing happens.  On 2nd and subsequent lines of the journal the 2nd of the 4 key flex field segment values "auto-populates" with the value from the previous line.  I've never seen behavior like this before.  (This is the balancing segment, btw.)

Any ideas?
