Standard concurrent manager actual processes is more than target process

Hello Team,

In standard manager  actual process is showing as 129 and target is 32 but we didn’t see any issue as of now . All concurrent requests are completing normal.

After some time, looks like in standard manager Actual and Target  no of processes are showing same as 32 without taken any action.

Please let me know the reason for the same, how can the actual processes more than the target processes?
