How to disable "DELETE" button on toolbar

Hi,
I need to disable the delete button on oracle toolbar for Receivable Transactions.
I have  tried to create a personalization on the when-new-form instance trigger.
What the value should be filled in the field below:
ACTION:
- Type : Property (?)
- Object Type : (?)
- Target Object : (?)
- Property Name : DELETE_ALLOWED (?)
- Value : FALSE

Please help.
