Problem while submitting the item in 'Charges' tab of SR form.

Hi,

While submitting item with price in 'Charges' tab of SR form, I am getting error message as ' Error messages from Order Management' and then 'Item with inventory_item_id=12009 is not defined in Item validation Org.'

This problem is coming with other items also.

Can anyone help me on this.
