Option for Enabling Microsite at Program level is not visible

Hello,

I want to use a program in a microsite. It is said that to associate a program with the topic, the Program Status must be 'In Progress'. I have created a program with status 'In Progress' but on the Program's detail page, I am not able to find the More Information Section where I can see a checkbox named 'Eligible for microsites'. Also I don't see a Program field 'Program Business values' in More Information Section.

Is there any settings to be done for it? Kindly suggest.
