time-out escalation in PO approval hierarchy

 Hello
Is there any option to set time-out escalation in approval hierarchy for SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE?

For example:

Buyer raise PO to the manager,time-out set to 3 days,If manager unattended the po in three days ,the po moves to president.Time-out escalation is for entire hierarchy .Is there any option for specific user?
