NFS Mount Option Warning Message in 11g

We have version 11.2.0.2 on solaris 10. Not in Oracle RAC environment, but the solaris server itself is a clustered failover server.

I am seeing the following warning message in the alert log:

WARNING:NFS mount of file /apps/oracle/diag/rdbms/prod/prod/metadata/ADR_INTERNAL.mif on filesystem /apps done with incorrect options
WARNING:Expected NFS mount options for ADR directory: The 'noac/actimeo=0' option should not be set
WARNING: The directory specified for the diagnostic_dest location has
WARNING: incorrect mount options. [/apps/oracle]
