PJM Config Issue

Sorry for posting this question from another thread...need some urgent inputs! Thanks..

I am setting up PJM based on your suggestion. Going through PJM implementation guide, I am setting up a new org (existing org has transactions at standard costing)...creating a new org with:

Project Manufacturing Organization
Project/Task Owning Organization
Project Expenditure/Event Organization
Project Invoice Collection Organization
Inventory Organization

Trying to set up PJM parameters, getting a note like "This org is not recognized as project expenditure and may result in corruption". This org is not reflecting in pa_all_organizations. Is there any concurrent program to sync?
