Answer: The system stores email addresses differently depending on the release. In release A7.3 the email address is in the remark field (REM1) in Address Book - Who's Who file (F0111). In release A8.1 the email address is in the Address Book - Contact Phone Numbers file (F0115) in the phone number fields with a phone type of I. In release A9 the email addresses are in the Address Book - Email / URL addresses file (F01018). There is a post install conversion for customers upgrading from releases A7.3 or A8.1 to A9 which will take the email from either
