Project field is blank for Proj Mfg enabled Org

Hello

Due to drop ship limitation for inventory items with Oracle projects, setting up Project manufacturing. Enabled PJM reference for new org in PJM parameters, defined new org in the hierarchy and assigned expenditure org in org definition.

While creating the PO with destination type - Inventory on the distriubtion, project fields are blank...Oracle is not recognizing the various projects defined in Projects module.  Expenditure org for the project is matching the PO ship to Org....

What is the criteria to get going?
