Oracle Forms 11g, Removing window toolbar

Dear All,

    I'm using Oracle 11g forms, i want to remove the toolbar(grey) where 'Window' built in item exists.

I've removed any menu assigned to the specific form, but the item menu 'Window' still exist.

Any help ?
