Receiving Serial Nos in IR/ISO

Hi,

My client is facing a very peculiar efficiency related issue when doing IR/ISO's for serialized items. They enter serial nos. that have alphanumeric characters. They place IR say at location A and ship ISO from location B. When the ISO is shipped from B, they enter the serial nos during ship confirmation. They enter each serial no. individually (not by range) as the serial nos. end in alphabets. (It appears that range is avaible only if the serial no. ends with a number and not alphabet). Usually the qty requested is say 350 and the ISO has about 100 such serialized
