Historical Rates Functionality

Hi All

We currently have 6 Set of Books, which represents 6 different Countries.

These 6 Set of Books has been running since 2001 more or less. I am going to use Our BOTSWANA Set of Book as an example here.

In 2003 a Shared Capital Account (Owner's Equity) combination was set as an Historical Rate Type in the Historical Rates Window/Form. SInce the 1 Combination was set as Historical, every month after the initial month in 2003; the Rate Type assigned to that same initial Account Combination was "PERIOD". This according to me; is 100% correct.

Now; we Implemented a brand new Set of Book last month; which is basically n New Country that we're moving into.
