I have Billing Type -

Unit Repair Charge-Domestic

 Unit Repair Charge-International

Cannot able to select from Billing Category  How to create New Billing Category?

Unit Repair Charge-Domestic

Unit Repair Charge-International

User will have to select Charge for Domestic or for International and must be charged to two separate account.
