RHS.exe with Oracle Failsafe

Hi, we have just configured Oracle Failsafe on two Windows 2008 R2 X64 nodes, and we have noticed a program called RHS.exe running on the database. We have googled this and now know that it is the Microsoft Clustering Resouce Host monitor exe. but as we have configured Oracle Failsafe do we actually need this resource monitor?There is no mention of RHS.EXE in the Oracle Failsafe documentation.
