How to Map this Requirement

Dear All,
I am having Typical requirement

We are having Bank Guarantee process booking sales Orders, This Bank Guarantee is Renewable process for a Term. There are only some cases in a year where Bank Guarantees are claimed.

For Claims, when Customer is unable to Pay. We will claim the Bank Guarantee with Our Banks.

This this the Scenario... Can any one Please...How fit this Gap
