problems agents OEM 12c

Hi,
I did an install in virtualbox of OEM 12c on OEL 5u7 64 bits. That all went well. I have another vm 5u6 64 bits, where i installed the agent. That installation was also running smoothly, no errors. As i recall, this host shpuld pop up as a target in the console. To my surprise, it didn't. I did a stop, start, status, verifykey, reload and an upload of the agent and everything went well. I also stopped and started the OMS. I don't see any error anywhere. All actions delivered an success state.

Anyone a suggestion what it could be ?
