ORA-600 -[ktspgfb-1]

Hi All,

ENV = 10.2.0.4
OS = Lnx AS4

We are running some reports, we have received the ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktspgfb-1.

I have checked oracle lookup tool, it says that ORA-600 [ktspgfb-1] [ID 285847.1]  as -

Instance crashes and cannot be restarted after a resize operation on a

datafile which does not have the physical space available on an NFS mounted

NAS.

But we are not using NFS at all. We are using direct NAS as storage to database.

Can anybody tell us what exactly the reason for this interanal error? and how can i get out of this?
