using Rman as a standby place

I have an Oracle database version 10g in a Windows 2003 Server called B14 and I have another server called S14 but I can't do the recovery managed standby database due a lot of archive files generated. So, I was thinking about using the Rman to backup the B14's database and recover the contents in the S14's database. Is it possible using Rman to create a mirror of one dataabse in other server?
