Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC)

Siebel 8.2 Available?

Hi Everyone,
I heard that Siebel 8.2 is in GA, so I went to e-Delivery to see what is available.  I found some different versions recently posted:

Siebel Business Applications (with Translations) Media Pack for Travel, Transportation, Retail and Coalitions
Siebel Business Applications (with Translations) Media Pack for Public Sector
Siebel Business Applications (with Translations) Media Pack for Financial Services Integration with FLEXCUBE

Are all of these specialized installations/repositories?  I checked out the Release Notes and Bookshelf for the Travel, Transportation, Retail and Coalitions media pack and it seems to be no different from the general SIA release.
