iRecruitment Offer Letter Template Issue After RUP 6

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello

We just discovered that something changed within the iRecruitment offer letter templates after RUP 6 was applied.  Before RUP 6 the recruiters would save the existing defaulted offer letter template to their desktop, modify it, and send the 'modified' offer letter to the applicant.

After RUP 6 even though they do what they have always done, the system overrides their 'modified' offer letter and it will send out the default template which has missing information.

Has anyone experienced this?  Does anyone modify their existing templates each time they make an offer so the offer letter is applicable to the specific job?  If not, how do you handle all types of different jobs where one or a few templates aren't always applicable?
