US PAY: Oracle HRMS R12.0.9 - how can we view this year's (2011) W-2 form online via ESS?

Hello,

We are on US Payroll of Oracle EBS - R12.0.9. EOY Phase 1 patches are applied.  Went through the entire end of year process for one GRE in our TEST instance. We would like to see our W-2 form online via ESS.  But it seems we could only see last year's (2010) W-2 form, even after we changed the profile option  'HR:Allow online W-2 viewing as of (MM/DD)' at site level  to "11/03".

Is this intended - that we cannot see current year's W-2 forms until after Jan. 31 of the following year?
