Freight and Shipping Charges

 Can someone please let me know how can we use Oracle standard functionality to calculate freight and shipping charges on a sales order :
1) freight charges depend upon the courier service, like FedEx, UPS and service level like next day, express
2) freight charges depend on weight of package
3) freight charges depend on number of cartons
4) Specific customers get freight discounts, no freight charges etc
5) Standard fees like Cash on Delivery, Signature Required, Lift gate
6) transport mode : Air, land , overseas ship

Other generic considerations.
