Employees who did not go through Open Enrollment process
I am having some issues for those employees that do not go online during open enrollment to make elections. I process the Live Update table and while their enrollments seem to automatically rolled over, I am having issues w the Recalculation Batch process. The process does recalc the newrates but my DBA start date does not change to 1/1/2012 even thought I put that in as the effective date in the processing options. Obviosuly I need the date updated for the correct start date of the new rate.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciate.
NOTE: We do not use JDE Payroll.
