PowerOn Failed : Result - failed:<TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'str' and 'int'>

Template is for VM Server 2.1.2

I am trying to run on Oracle VM Server 2.2.1.

Is this a problem ? The template only works with 2.1.2 ?
